**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable tasks.
- Attend to company compliance matters.
- Liaise with operational staff, clients, and suppliers, responding to queries.
- Perform bank reconciliations and prepare/reconcile financial reports.
- Process fortnightly payroll for DFP and external labor hire clients.
- Adhere to all office policies and procedures.
- Manage day-to-day office logistics and seek to improve operational procedures' efficiency and effectiveness.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Excellent MS Suite skills.
- Experience with MYOB accounting system.
- Solid payroll experience for 25+ employees accommodating various awards/conditions.
- Familiarity with basic small business accounting and finance processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive problem solver.
- Eager to learn and expand knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
