**About the role**:

- Booking in and confirming meetings
- Taking 15-20 phone calls a day
- Lodging, scanning, copping and signing documents for the office
- Collating time sheets ( mínimal as there is less than 15 staff members )
- Mail collection and distribution
- Data entry
- updating client spreadsheets with current financial information to assist the accounts
- Responding to client enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintaining stationary & kitchen supplies
- Communicate with staff, managers and clients
