**The opportunity**:
Reporting to the Communications Manager, the **Graphic Artist** will bring their proven graphic design skills to create visual solutions for our Sales and Strategy team to create brand recognised works across a variety of different business activities. The Graphic Artist will be required to create original concepts when dealing with design briefs that will challenge them with tight turnaround deadlines.

**In this position you will**:

- Create engaging and on brand visual solutions for KBR APAC Sales and Strategy Team, with a focus on supporting business winning activities (tenders, presentations and technical documents) and strategy.
- Work with the Brand and Digital Advisor to ensure corporate style and branding guidelines are adhered to.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and work collaboratively with the wider communications team to develop design briefs, create and refine concept/s, and create finished artwork for production.
- Develop visual assets, for internal and external use, including:

- infographic type visuals
- multi-page reports
- presentation documents
- tenders and proposals
- visual materials required for trade shows and events
- Work with the business to take complex information and present it in a relatable way.
- This role may also be required to support the ad hoc design tasks for the wider business (where/when appropriate).

**Essential**
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Experience working in a large corporate, adhering to global brand guidelines
- Specialist design role, technical skills in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop)

**Desirable**
- Defence Industry experienced
- Support to bids, proposals and capture activities
- Suitable tertiary qualifications (_Bachelor of Design or similar qualifications) _
- Photography and art direction
- Video editing
