We have a rare opportunity for a full time **Client Advisor**based at our Collins Street Flagship store in the CBD.

**About you**:

- An understanding of the luxury fashion industry, in particular clienteling & CRM
- Previous experience within a fashion retail environment (luxury preferred)
- Track record of success with sales and meeting KPIs
- Exemplary communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
- A can-do attitude with the ability to compete with changing priorities
- Willingness to learn and develop in all aspects of retail including operations and back of house functions
