**About the role**
The Privacy Manager takes a leadership role in developing CyberCX privacy-related services across all practices and regions. This includes engagement across CyberCX Practices, leadership of team members, engagement with clients, business development activities across CyberCX local markets and collaboration with CCX regional leadership and other CCX practices and functions.
**Duties**
- Play a key role in the development of privacy-related services in collaboration with the Privacy Team and other practices, including definition of services, delivery capabilities, client engagement and commercial frameworks.
- Delivery of privacy-related engagements, including assisting in the management of the overall client relationship, scoping requirements, defining work to be performed, setting budget estimates, completing engagement letters and other documentation, leading and managing other engagement team members, ensuring the quality of all work performed, finalising deliverables, managing engagement risks and other engagement issues.
- Lead, coach and build a high performing team to provide privacy-related services, including enabling learning, development and capability uplift. Understand each team member’s skills, drivers and aspirations. Work with other service line leaders and other team members to continuously develop their skills, raise their capabilities, and build a career path and progression plan.
- Participate in professional training and development to continuously stay up to date in your speciality area. Provide on-the-job training to other staff to support formal training.
**Skills & experience**
- Tertiary or related qualifications or experience in law, social sciences, business, information technology or similar. CIPM or CIPP qualifications a plus.
- Minimum five years’ proven experience as a privacy professional, with at least two years leading a high performing team of privacy practitioners. Professional services experience a plus.
- Consistently leading teams to deliver high quality privacy work with little guidance, on multiple large and complex client engagements.
- Highly effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills, building credibility with senior leaders and internal working teams.
- You must have a passion for all things privacy.
