**Store Manager - Eastgardens (Full-Time)**

**The Opportunity**:
We are looking for a passionate, high-performing Store Manager to take the lead at our brand-new Eastgardens location. This is a rare opportunity to make your mark from day one. We need someone who thrives on driving sales, loves working with people, and isn’t afraid of a challenge.

**About You**:
You are energetic, confident, and results-driven. You love sales and you know how to motivate a team to deliver. You build strong customer connections, lead by example, and create a positive and high-performing store culture. You enjoy a fast-paced environment and hold yourself and your team accountable for success.

**What You’ll Be Responsible For**:

- Driving sales and meeting KPIs through strong leadership and coaching
- Leading a team with energy, clarity, and purpose
- Creating an engaging customer experience every time
- Maintaining high standards in visual merchandising and store presentation
- Managing stock, store operations, and team development
- Building a culture of trust, ownership, and team pride

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in a Store Manager or Assistant Manager role
- A strong focus on sales and performance
- Confident leadership skills with the ability to coach and inspire
- Excellent communication and people skills
- A genuine passion for retail and customer service
- Highly organised with a strong eye for detail

**Role Details**:
**Location**:Eastgardens

**Employment Type**: Full-time, 38 hours per week

**Roster**:Two set days off per week on a rotating roster
- **No late-night trade**_

This is your chance to lead a brand-new store, build a winning team, and drive strong results from day one. We are looking for someone ready to lead with confidence, energy, and accountability.

Pay: $29.60 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
