We are currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Pharmacy Assistant/Sleep Apnoea Consultant to grow our sleep health service as part of the Norwood Pharmacy team.

**Sleep Apnoea Consultants are critical in enabling us to fulfil our purpose because they**:

- Provide extraordinary customer service and consult with our customers to ensure they get the best advice for their sleep health needs
- Monitor clients on trial machines to solve problems and refine their treatment as they become accustomed to using a sleep apnoea machine
- Liaise with sleep customers' health practitioners to ensure they have excellent health outcomes
- Ensure our sleep health sections are beautifully presented and well-stocked so our customers feel welcome and enjoy their experience in our stores
- Demonstrate the value of National Pharmacies membership to our customers.
