Role Overview

We are currently seeking experienced Crowd Controllers and Security Guards to join our growing team for a range of events and hospitality venues across Perth. This role suits individuals who are confident, presentable, customer-focused, and capable of maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for patrons and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide crowd control and patron safety at events, bars, pubs, clubs, and festivals
  • Perform ID checks, entry screening, and RSA monitoring
  • Diffuse and de-escalate potential incidents professionally
  • Maintain a strong presence and proactive approach to security
  • Report incidents, complete logbooks, and follow site procedures
  • Liaise with venue managers, event organisers, and patrons
  • Ensure compliance with liquor licensing and venue policies

Requirements

  • Current WA Security Officer & Crowd Controller License
  • Provide First Aid & CPR Certificate (HLTAID011)
  • RSA Certificate (WA)
  • Minimum 6 months crowd control or security experience
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and observation skills
  • High level of personal presentation and professionalism
  • Availability for night shifts, weekends, and public events

Desirable (Not Essential)

  • Experience in high-profile events or licensed venues
  • K9 handling, NV1 clearance, or tech-savvy (e.g. CCTV use)
  • White Card or construction site clearance
  • Leadership or head doorman experience
