Regional Operations Officer - Private Bank (9-Month Parental Leave Secondment Opportunity)

**Do work that matters**

Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Network Support and Operations, the **Regional Operations Officer** is accountable for supporting the Commonwealth Private business to achieve all customer service and performance outcomes through directly supporting the NSW Team as well as the following functions:

- Compliance: Completion of activities as required within controls uplift programme.
- Management Information and Reporting: Extract, compile, monitor for accuracy and forward reports from different systems to relevant managers across the business
- Administrative Support: Undertake all assigned administrative tasks, including those related to team member, business case motor vehicles, mobile phones, co-ordination of technology purchases, payment of all invoices on behalf of the business and internal training
- Client Events - event support and execution as guided by the Client Experience team.
- HR Support: Provide HR support for the Team Leaders, Executive Managers and State Managers. This includes assisting with onboarding new team members, monitoring staffing levels, absenteeism, leave planning, reviewing of HR reporting and identifying potential issues.
- Operational Support: Completing Ad Hoc tasks as requested by leaders within the business.
