**Join City of Moreton Bay in this key leadership role within our newly established Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO), and help deliver projects that shape and enhance our communities - today and into the future.**
This is an exciting time to come on board With our new General Manager now in place, we’re looking for **five new team members** to help design and implement a high-quality, fit-for-purpose ePMO function here at Australia’s third-largest council.
**Reporting to the ePMO Implementation Manager**, you'll be responsible for leading strategic portfolio coordination, performance monitoring and supporting decision making across the ePMO.
This is a key role for the team as we look to you ensure alignment of program and project outcomes and provide specialist advice, proactive stakeholder engagement and **timely, evidence-based insights to support delivery optimisation**.
You will provide **portfolio-wide financial insights and strategic advice** to support decision making, mitigate risk, and ensure long-term financial sustainability of projects. We'll also look to you to:
- Lead the analysis and interpretation of strategic program and project performance data to assess progress and ensure alignment with Council’s priorities, timelines, and delivery expectations.
- Report on project status, emerging delivery trends, and project prioritisation to support informed decision-making.
- Conduct portfolio-wide analysis to identify delivery insights, emergent issues, and opportunities for improvement or adjustment.
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders, coaching and influencing where necessary to ensure enterprise-wide consistency in reporting, monitoring processes, and data integrity.
- Facilitate the design, coordination, and delivery of assurance reviews and internal evaluations across the portfolio.
- Contribute to the uplift of project management capability by supporting improvements to tools, systems, frameworks, and delivery processes.

**About you**
We are seeking someone experienced in **leading or coordinating projects** within an organisation of similar complexities where you have applied your knowledge in performance reporting frameworks, delivery assurance models and project delivery methodologies.
With your **high-level analytical approach** and ability to interpret critically interpret complex project data you will confidently identify trends and translate findings into actionable insights.
You will be proficient in preparing and presenting **high quality reports, dashboards and insights** for leadership and project teams.
