Are you an experienced **Payroll and Fleet Administrator** looking for your next opportunity with a collaborative, forward-thinking business?

We’re looking for someone with an eye for detail, a problem-solving mindset, and a knowledge of payroll systems and processes. In this dual role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing, while supporting the efficient management of our vehicle fleet.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Administering end-to-end fortnightly payroll including timesheet entry, onboarding, terminations, and back pay calculations
- Ensuring compliance with tax, superannuation, and leave entitlements across multiple states
- Assisting with vehicle allocations, registrations, toll/fuel management, and fleet reporting
- Collaborating with the People & Culture and Finance teams to maintain accurate records and reporting

**What you’ll bring**:

- Minimum two years of payroll experience and knowledge of relevant legislation
- Proficiency in Employment Hero and MYOB (or similar platforms)
- Understanding of Award/EBA interpretation and Fair Work obligations
- Strong organisation, communication, and analytical skills
