**About the Role**:
Working in a supportive team, the grounds and garden team member with work across Campbelltown region and will report into the Services Manager. The duties of the role will involve:

- Hand mowing
- Ride on mowing
- Lawn edging
- Hedge trimming
- Brush cutting
- Weed and pest control
- Planting
- Soft landscaping

**About You**:

- 3 + years' experience in gardening and groundwork
- Strong knowledge of plant species, soil types, and garden maintenance techniques
- Strong communication skills for client interaction
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Ground applicator licence is advantageous

**Essential Requirements**:

- Current National Police Check clearance (or willing to obtain one)
- Current Driver's Licence
- White Card

**Desirable Requirements**:

- First Aid
- ChemCert Card (Cert 3)
- COVID Vaccinations
