**Your new company**
Our client is a well known, reputable building construction company based on the Northern Gold Coast. Due to their continued success an administration assistant is required to join their team on a permanent basis.
**Your new role**
As the Administration Assistant you will be responsible for:
- First point of contact
- Liaising, meeting and greeting clients and employees
- Arranging meetings and appointments for management
- Scheduling training room bookings
- Database management
- Maintaining stationary and PPE inventories
- General administration support to the Operations Manager
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful you will have:
- Previous administration experience ideally within the building industry
- Excellent customer service and communication skills both written and verbal
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- A high level of attention to detail
- The ability to autonomously or in a team
- Availability to work full time Mon - Friday
