About the role:

- Creating listing opportunities
- Being involved in networking related activities
- Managing the sale of listed properties
- Conducting open homes and buyer appointments
- Liaising with prospective purchasers
- Maintaining a high level of open communication with clients
- Managing your electronic database/CRM
- Assisting other team members as required
- Attending sales meetings
- Attending regular training activities
- Maintaining your CPD points and Real Estate License

- Has a sound understanding of the current real estate market conditions & trends
- Can demonstrate their proven sales history
- Is an exceptional negotiator with a strong focus on customer service
- Has excellent communication and networking skills
- Current Real Estate License
- Values integrity and operates within the legal framework
