Night Auditor Full-time

**Job Summary**

**Duties will include**:

- Front office duties including check in and check out of guests
- Checking and balancing the days takings from all departments
- Data Entry and checking of Rates, Guest Information is accurate
- Regular patrols of the property
- Addressing and resolving guest concerns or complaints
- Completing the night audit process, reconciliation & excel reporting
- 2 nights minimum every week
- Produce nightly reports as required
- Communicating & reporting issues to the manager
- Minor maintenance
- General cleaning of Reception area
- To have a working knowledge of all emergency procedures

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**

**Key Attributes**:

- A high standard of presentation and reliability is required
- Experience in a hotel or motel Night Audit or Front Desk role preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills, communication and time management skills
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of computer literacy and accuracy
- Ability to work autonomously
- A willingness to use initiative and have strong problem solving skills
- Ability to confidently liaise/communicate at all levels
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Previous experience highly regarded but not essential

We are seeking applicants for the position of Full Time Night Auditor to join our team.

As Night Auditor you will be reporting directly to the Front Office Manager. While this position is predominantly overnight; 10.00pm to 6.00am shift, applicants will need to be reliable and have the flexibility to work all shifts including weekends.
