**Experience : 8+ year**
- Preparation for UAT:
1. Environment readiness
2. Creation of user accounts for UAT

3. Organising system access to environment(s) for different users/roles as required
4. Identify UAT testers
5. Creation of test data (as required)
- UAT Test scope : ITSM, Observability and includes all integrations for all end to end flows
- UAT Test Planning - UAT scenarios/test cases created, reviewed and ready for testing
- UAT Test Execution - Perform UAT scenarios/test cases execution, supporting team and coordinating with internal and external teams facilitating testing
- Raising Bugs and defect management, Responsible for managing UAT bugs retesting, UAT Bug review meetings
- Define blockers for go live
- UAT Test evaluation report (test deliverable) - Conduct review meetings (as required)
- UAT Sign off

**Responsible for managing Production verification testing (PVT)**
- Scope out scenarios for PVT
- Identify users for PVT.
- Perform and facilitate PVT once the code is deployed into production environment
- Ensure PVT flows are executed and completed
- Report bugs/issues - coordinate with with internal and external teams in getting resolved/addressed.
- PVT sign off
