**The role**
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Legal Assistant (Secretary) to join our industry leading Cyber Security team.
In this fast-paced role you will play a pivotal role providing support to leading Partner Cameron Whittfield and team of senior lawyers.
**Your day-to-day**
As the go-to person for our Cyber Security practice group, your day will be filled with a variety of engaging tasks, from legal assistant duties to events and business development activities.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Managing Partners' internal and external appointments with appropriate lead times including international travel and diary management.
- Assisting with the organisation of meetings, events, and seminars.
- Managing the teams travel arrangements including international travel.
- Drafting internal and external communication on behalf of the Partner.
- Assisting with document creation, editing, formatting, and finalisation.
- High volume file management including file opening/closing and management.
- Managing complex billing processes for your direct team including debtor control.
- Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders by phone using a very professional and personable manner.
**Skills & experience**:
You will also have:
- A minimum of 4 years' experience as a Secretary or Personal Assistant.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
- Previous experience in extensive diary and inbox management is essential.
- Ability to anticipate Partner requirements to reduce administrative time.
- Proven ability to uphold a high level of confidentiality.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to think on your feet and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Sound understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Impeccable professional written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
