**About the Role**:
We currently have two **Part Time **opportunities for **Male **disability support workers in **Bray Park.**

Our male client requires 1:1 support 24/7 with sleepovers in a SIL. He displays some challenging behaviours, has a diagnosis of ASD (level 2), ADHD, Mild Intellectual Disability and anxiety. Our client loves exercise, including running, boxing, going to the gym, and cooking.

There are two positions available on set shifts on a fortnightly roster - _please advise which position you are interested in when you apply_:
**1. Position 1 Part Time (59 hours per fortnight)**

Week 1:

- Wednesday: 06:00 to 16:00
- Thursday: 14:00 to 06:00 (Sleepover 22:00 to 6:00)

Week 2:

- Monday 09:30 to 17:00
- Wednesday 08:00 to 16:30
- Thursday 14:00 to 06:00 (Sleepover 22:00 to 6:00)
- Saturday 14:00 08:00 (Sleepover 22:00 to 6:00)
- Sunday 16:00 to 07:00 (sleepover 22:00 to 6:00)

**2. Position 2 Part Time (59 hours per fortnight)**

Week 1:

- Monday - 07:00 to 17:00
- Tuesday - 14:00 to 06:00 (Sleepover 22:00 to 6:00)
- Wednesday - 16:00 to 06:00 (Sleepover 22:00 to 6:00)
- Saturday - 07:00 to 17:00
- Sunday - 16:00 to 09:30 (Sleepover 22:00 to 6:00)

Week 2:

- Tuesday - 14:00 to 08:00 (Sleepover 22:00 to 6:00)
- Wednesday - 16:30 to 06:00 (Sleepover 22:00 to 6:00)

**Your Certificates and Licences**
- NDIS workers screening check / yellow card
- QLD Blue card
- First aid and CPR certificate
- NDIS Orientation Module - Quality Safety and You
- Australian drivers licence and comprehensive insured vehicle

**Employees will be required to abide by all mandatory directives as mandated within the relevant state or territory where they work.**

**Job Types**: Permanent, Part-time

**Salary**: From $31.84 per hour
