**About the Role**:
We currently have two
**Casual **opportunities for
**Male **disability support workers in
**Bray Park.**

Our male client requires 1:1 support 24/7 with sleepovers in a SIL. He displays some challenging behaviours, has a diagnosis of ASD (level 2), ADHD, Mild Intellectual Disability and anxiety. Our client loves exercise, including running, boxing, going to the gym, and cooking.

There are two positions available on set shifts on a fortnightly roster

**Casual position 1**
28 hours per fortnight

Week 1
- Monday 1700 PM to 600 AM (sleepover 2200 to 600 AM)
- Sunday 8:00 AM to 1600 PM

Week 2
- Saturday 700 AM to 1400 PM
- Sunday 8:00 AM to 1600 PM
- ______________________

**Casual position 2**
30 hours per fortnight

Week 1
- Friday 1400 PM to 700 AM (sleep over 2200 to 600 AM)
- Saturday 1700 PM to 800 AM (sleepover 2200 to 600 AM)

Week 2
- Monday 1700 PM to 600 AM (sleepover 2200 to 6:00 AM)
- Friday 1400 PM to 1700 AM ( sleepover 2200 to 600 AM)

**Your Certificates and Licences**
- NDIS workers screening check / yellow card
- QLD Blue card
- First aid and CPR certificate
- NDIS Orientation Module - Quality Safety and You
- Australian drivers licence and comprehensive insured vehicle

**Employees will be required to abide by all mandatory directives as mandated within the relevant state or territory where they work.
