Role Expectations: **Personal Care Worker (PCW)**, you will make a positive impact on the lives of the Participants with your compassionate and supportive approach by. - Creating a welcoming, professional, and supportive care experience - Provide personal care assistance with daily living. - Mobility assistance in accordance with participant care plans - Build relationships with our participants and visitors. - A team player who enjoys having FUN at work - Display exceptional time management skills and attention to detail. - Maintain accurate health care documentation as required. Experience in any of the following areas would be beneficial: - Peg Care and Feeding - Wound care - Medication Competent - Manual handling - Bowel Care Management - Meal Preparation - Behavior Support - Catheter Bag Support We offer: - Hourly rates ranging from **$37.70 - $75.28 +super.**: - A supportive team behind you and a user-friendly mobile App for all your administration needs. - Flexibility to choose when and where you work.
