We aim to be an industry leader and set new benchmarks in service excellence to NDIS Participants who purchase Support Coordination from us.

We have a well-established Support Coordinator team in Queensland and are quickly growing. You will work closely with our Operations Manager who will help with referrals. We need a coordinator who lives in the Moreton Bay region who enjoys networking and meeting up with people and who likes working from home and flexible working arrangements.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Expanding our Support Coordination services
- Provide exceptional Support Coordination to our customers
- Assist to identify goals, needs and opportunities to build capacity to our customers
- Help our customers get the most out of their NDIS plan
- Support our customers to exercise choice and control
- Come up with creative, out of the box, ideas to overcome challenges our customers face
- Link our customers with appropriate Service Providers as well as community and main-stream services
- Prepare plan review reports and other requested reports.
- Strong ability to network and grow a support coordination region
- A commitment to making a difference in someone’s life.
- The ability to develop and maintain strong relationships across the sector (Service Providers, individuals and/or families/carers)
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt communication style to meet people’s needs
- Strong administrative skills; time management, coordination of tasks, efficient work practices
- Excellent computer literacy
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Strong working knowledge of NDIS

Mandatory Requirements:

- Previous experience in providing Coordination of Supports to NDIS Participants
- Working with Children check and NDIS Worker Screening
- NDIS Worker Orientation Certificate
- Valid QLD Drivers licence
- Current influenza vaccination and willingness to receive one annually
- Up to date with COVID19 vaccinations
