**What you’ll do**:
This newly created role of **Business Trainee** provides the opportunity to work with our Delivery Team here in our Hobart Office. This is a unique opportunity to either start or relaunch your career and work with our Delivery Team that support project managers and clients in delivering projects both here and internationally.

The **Business Trainee** will develop their administrative and commercial skills and provide a range of administrative services supporting the Bid Optimisation, Business Improvement and Delivery Teams. This role is an opportunity to build a career in Project Management, in an exciting industry whilst being mentored and supported by experienced leaders, seniors and teams.

You will be offered the opportunity to complete a Certificate III in Business and progress to a Certificate IV in Project Management, supported by on-the-job training and the experience gained from being a part of the Entura organisation.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Completion of Year 12, TCE or equivalent
- A customer service focus and knowledge of front office and business processes
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- An attitude of wanting to continually learn and develop your skills
- A driver's licence would be great
