Work & Training have a range of amazing Business Traineeships aimed at highly motivated and committed individuals. Would you like to gain a valuable, nationally recognised qualification and extensive on-the-job experience?

Traineeships involve working full time, completing daily work tasks allocated by your supervisor, as well as working towards your full qualification. It is a great way increase your knowledge and expand your proficiencies and work ethic

**What can you gain from completing a traineeship through Work & Training?**
- You would be employed by Work & Training - the largest employer of Apprentices and Trainees in Tasmania, and hosted for the duration of your traineeship.
- You would receive professional guidance from your immediate supervisors, as well as mentoring and support from a Work & Training consultant.
- The theory side of your qualification would be conducted one-on-one in the workplace, with expert tuition, by one of our amazing registered trainers.

On completion of your traineeship you would receive a nationally recognised **Certificate III in Business - BSB30120.**
- Are well presented with excellent written and verbal communication skills,
- Have a friendly, outgoing personality with proven customer service experience,
- Can demonstrate excellent organisation and attention to detail skills,
- Have the ability to work well in a team environment,
- Are able to use current technology to deliver services,
- Are genuinely committed to achieving this qualification on the job, as a trainee.

**Wage**:

- National Training Wage applies.
