Reporting to the **Branch Manager - Fleet Delivery**, the **Fleet Delivery Supervisor** will be responsible for managing and supporting the Fleet Delivery team. You will need to be practiced with safety, customer service and cost optimisation.

**Location**: Pilbara

**Roster: 8D6O 12hrs**

**To be successful the following is required**:

- CAT experience: Drills, 793F, 6060, 6040, 789, 994K.
- Valid Working at Heights training and at a minimum LF competency on High Risk Work License.
- Section 44 Supervisor training.
- Trade Certificate with demonstrated post trade experience.
- Previous leadership experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high performing team.
- Intermediate computer Literacy skills (Including MS Office Suite)
- Advanced communication skills (Written, verbal and interpersonal).
- Advanced stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to establish and maintain successful working relationships
- Highly developed organizational skills and the ability to successfully manage your workload and being able to prioritize accordingly.
- High attention to detail.
- Strive to achieve machine build KPI’s.
- Ability to demonstrate empathy and understanding for team members
