**About the Venue**:
**Novotel Sydney Brighton Beach** is a premium 4.5-star resort style hotel overlooking the beautiful, white sandy beaches of Brighton-Le-Sands and Sydney's picturesque Botany Bay. The hotel is currently undergoing an extensive refurbishment and on track to be one of the best food & beverage, accommodation & event venues in NSW.

**About the Role**:
We are seeking energetic and guest-focused **Food & Beverage Attendants** to join our **Breakfast** team. In this role, you will help deliver an exceptional buffet breakfast experience, welcoming guests each morning and ensuring service runs smoothly from start to finish. You’ll replenish buffet items, assist guests with dietary requirements, maintain a spotless dining area, and set the tone for an outstanding start to their day.
- Morning availability is essential as shifts will commence early and run from 6:30am - 11am._

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and seat guests with a warm and professional manner
- Maintain buffet presentation, replenishing food and beverage items promptly
- Provide menu guidance for à la carte breakfast options or dietary requests
- Clear and reset tables quickly to maintain a smooth flow of service
- Anticipate guest needs to ensure an exceptional breakfast experience
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests efficiently
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the restaurant is ready before service and reset for the next day after service

**About You**:

- Previous experience in hotel or restaurant breakfast service is advantageous but not essential
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with early morning starts
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude to keeping service areas spotless
- Flexibility to work on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as required
