**What the Job Involves**
This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who enjoys variety and problem-solving on the job. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

- **Constructing concrete formwork** for pours.
- **Finishing concrete** with care and precision, including trowelling (hand and machine), edging, stippling and other common finishes.
- **Reading and interpreting plans** to ensure work is carried out accurately and efficiently.
- Maintaining a **safe, organised worksite**, ensuring tools and materials are used correctly.

- Values being **on time** and can be relied upon to complete tasks consistently.
- Has **prior concreting, landscaping or construction experience**.
- Holds a valid **White Card** (mandatory for construction work).
- Can provide or obtain a **Working with Children Check**, as many of our sites are schools.
- Is **physically fit** and capable of meeting the demands of the job.
- Has a **driver’s licence** to travel to job sites.

A positive attitude, willingness to contribute, and ability to work in a team environment are essential for this role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Subcontract

Pay: $38.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 40 per week

**Benefits**:
