This Leading Investment Group is committed to building a high performance focused culture, as well as actively developing and encouraging its employees for longer term individual career opportunities. Increased demand for quality investment operations leadership support for the investment team have driven the requirement for this newly created Investment Operations Manager position.
As part of the investments team, this key new Manager position will be focused on a variety of challenging investment operations oversight work to support the investment operations team focusing across multiple sectors including Equities, International Equities, Fixed Interest and ESG Investing. Your challenge will be to manage the investment operations team and you show initiative to improve efficiencies, partnering with their global custodian and internal senior stakeholder across their investment group.
To be successful you will have previous Investment Operations Manager or Team Leader experience from either the Superannuation or Investment Management Industry with good technical knowledge across investment trade operations with proactive communication skills allowing you to interact successfully at senior levels of the business. Holistic custodian management oversight experience across investment operations, trade operations, unit pricing and performance reporting will be well regarded.
