Chianti is an **Italian restaurant**on Hutt St in the Adelaide CBD, offering a modern twist on the classic Italian cuisine from our family traditions. We have set and continue to strive for the highest standard of hospitality. We are a fast-paced casual fine dining restaurant, that prides itself on exceptional, yet friendly service, open Monday to Saturday for lunch & dinner.

- Minimum 1 year experience in the restaurant industry, (within a fine dining environment is desirable but not essential)
- Passion for the food & beverage industry, ideally Italian
- Can work a section of up to 8 tables
- A valid RSA
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- An eye for detail
- Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
- Ability to work effectively as part of a small team
- Willingness & desire to learn and develop your hospitality skills
- Flexible availability over a 6-day rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays.

Part-time hours: 20-38 per week

**Salary**: $28.00 - $45.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Restaurant: 2 years (preferred)
