Public Sector People are working with a local council in the inner north of Melbourne to recruit an Infringements Administration Officer for a temporary position for an ASAP start until the end of June.

The successful applicant will work with the Amenity and Compliance team to provide administration support.

**Responsibilities will include but not limited to**:

- Undertake the timely and efficient assessment of Requests for Internal Review in line with policy, procedures and training.
- To provide effective and efficient customer service to a range of internal and external customers.
- Demonstrated local government experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of word & excel
- Pathway & Trim experience would be advantageous
