**Description**:
About the role

The responsibility of the Marketing Manager is to develop and implement marketing plans and activations to maximise the uptake of the Family Planning Australia services and courses, while promoting the vital work we do in the area of reproductive and sexual health.

Base permanent full time salary is $92,129

**Skills and Experiences**:
Selection Criteria
Essential
- Undergraduate degree in marketing, commerce or business.
- More than 4 years' experience in a consumer mass marketing environment.
- Experience in the development and implementation of marketing plans.
- Experience in the maintenance and utilization of Customer Relationship Management software for marketing, campaigns and for other organizational initiatives.
- Ability to track, monitor, evaluate and report on campaign results.
- Experience leading a small team.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Creativity and willingness to implement improvements to current systems and processes.
- Ability to work concurrently on a number of different projects and to coordinate projects within timeframe and budget constraints.
- Evidence of relationship building skills and strong customer service skills.
- An understanding of the charity/health sector.
- Requires occasional work outside of regular hours and potentially domestic travel
- Must have Australian working rights

Desirable
- Relevant experience in the Not-for-Profit sector
- Graphic design experience
- SEO and SEM experience
- Website Creation and Management
