**Job Title: OpenShift SME**
**Location: Sydney, Brisbane**
**Experience: 4+ years**

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a proactive **OpenShift SME** with strong hands-on experience in at least two of the following**:OpenShift v3, v4, ROSA, or ARO**. This role requires deep technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to lead and mentor teams managing complex, cloud-native environments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and support engineering teams in managing and optimizing **OpenShift platforms**.
- Handle **L3/L4 troubleshooting** for containerized and cloud-native workloads.
- Drive implementation of **CI/CD pipelines** and **DevOps practices**.
- Manage infrastructure, performance tuning, and incident root cause analysis.
- Collaborate across teams and handle technical escalations.
- Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong expertise in **OpenShift v3, v4, ROSA, or ARO**.
- In-depth knowledge of **Kubernetes**, **Docker**, and container orchestration.
- Familiar with **DevOps tools**, automation, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
