As the **Scheduling and Member Support Officer **you** **will be responsible for scheduling home visits for allied health clinicians, Nurses and General Practitioners.

This is a business-critical position, where you must create and maintain strong levels of communication and professional relationships between a wide range of internal and external stakeholders

**Key responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer to support the growth of the Allied Health and Nursing practice through efficient home visit scheduling.
- Ensure home visits are scheduled for optimal efficiency and travel times are minimized
- General administration support, data entry, reporting and call management.

**About you**:

- Experienced customer service professional.
- Previous experience with staff or scheduling or rostering within an, aged care, health or community services would be an advantage
- Sound understanding of MS Suite packages
- Strong attention to detail
- Exception communication both written and verbal
- Experience with electronic scheduling or rostering programs would be an advantage.

To be successful in this role you must have high attention to detail, organisational and time management skills, great initiative and problem-solving skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a range of stakeholders. You will be self-motivated with strong work ethic and committed to exceptional customer service. You will be reliable and punctual and be a hands-on team member A COVID19 vaccination and Current National Police Clearance would be an advantage.
