**About Us**:
Our dental practice (Coronation House Dentist Nambour) is at the heart of Nambour with a long history of providing the local community with excellent dental services. The clinic is very spacious and well equipped with the latest dental technology and a dedicated team of experienced dentists and dental nurses.

**The Role & Attributes**:
We are looking for a front office co-ordinator or practice manager to do the following:
Ability to manage a team

Ability to roster, do reconciliation and payroll.

Able to communicate in a professional and effective manner with all team members.

Well versed in Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word and general computer-based skills

Patient management; greeting and welcoming patients, answering all phone enquiries, making & confirming appointments; checking, processing & managing customer accounts

Previous practice management or front office co-ordinator experience at a dental practice or medical/healthcare preferred

Standard leave entitlements (20 annual leave, sick leave, bereavement leave, carers leave)

Remuneration dependent on experience. Bonus incentive structures also in place with potential to earn a lot above award.

**How to apply**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Part-time hours: 30-38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:
