We have an opportunity for a qualified and experienced Support Worker to join our amazing Aged Care Team working in the Beaudesert, Jimboomba, Canungra and surrounding areas.

**As a Support Worker you will**:
Be an integral part of a team working to support the physical, emotional and lifestyle needs of clients. You will be helping them to achieve their health and wellbeing goals through a range of services including:

- Domestic assistance
- Assisting clients with personal care services
- Assisting clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation, transporting clients to appointments
- Providing flexible respite - both in home and community
- Group Social Support - Must be able to drive Hiace bus (normal ‘C’ car licence required)
- Safely transporting clients to and from appointments as required

**We are looking for someone who has**:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing or equivalent) and a minimum one year of aged care experience
- Experience working with clients with Dementia is preferred but not essential
- Must be available 7:30am - 4:30pm 3 days per week, including Tuesday or Thursday
- Available to work across Beaudesert, Jimboomba, Canungra and surrounding areas as rostered
- Blue Card and NDIS Check or ability to obtain
- First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate
- Driver’s Licence
- Reliable vehicle that is suitable for client transport, including comprehensive car insurance and current roadworthy
- Great presentation and who is reliable and resilient

**How to apply**:
**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $40.93 - $42.28 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 30 per week

**Experience**:

- Aged Care Support Work: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Australian drivers licence (required)
- Blue Card (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
