Position: Barista all rounder

Hours: Casual Fri and Sat (15 hours per week)

Location: Walter's Diner - Maroochydore

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Barista with expertise in preparing a wide range of coffee drinks. Previous experience in a similar role is highly beneficial.
- Latte Art Skills are a MUST We pride ourselves on not only making our coffee taste great but look great too
- Basic knowledge of coffee machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.
- Excellent customer service skills. The ability to engage warmly with customers, understand their needs, and elevate their experience.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and able to adhere to scheduled shifts.
- Able to handle a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks.
- Serve customers in a friendly and timely manner. Responsible for taking orders and payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.

**Salary**: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Maroochydore, QLD 4558: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Barista: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Food handling: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
