**The Role**
We are looking for a skilled Grounds Maintenance Technician to look after one of our commercial clients, and their sites across Melbourne's Eastern suburbs.

You will be responsible for reactive and preventative handyperson duties, as well as grounds maintenance for a variety of commercial sites.

**Key Requirements**
- _Min 3 years experience as a Handyperson or Landscaper in the commercial sector_
- _Previous experience in grounds maintenance_
- _White Card, Drivers Licence - Extra tickets and certifications are a bonus_
- _Comfortable using software on a smartphone or tablet._
- _A national police check and medical assessment will be required as part of the recruitment process._
