**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The Accounts Officer role is a casual position requiring 20+ hours per week. In this role, you will assist our Director with ensuring the organisation's accounts are up to date, reconciled and running smoothly. Your main duties will comprise of the following:

- Accounts Payable,
- Accounts Receivable,
- Collections,
- Bank Reconciliations,
- Invoicing/ Receipting,
- Payroll Preparation,
- Payment runs.

**About You**
- Minimum of 2+ years in a similar role,
- Experience with PRODA and NDIA,
- Knowledge of Plan Management and NDIS,
- Excellent communication skills,
- High attention to detail,
- Excellent time management skills,
- Ability to work autonomously,
- Ability to work well under pressure,
- Highly Proficient in Xero Software,
- Intermediate Excel skills,
- National Police Clearance.
