**About Us**

We are a small family-owned & operated bakery located in the leafy suburb of Forest Lake. We are looking for an Experienced Customer Service staff/Bakery all-rounder with Barista skills to join our team. We are open 7 days a week, (Mon-Fri 5am-5pm; Sat/Sun 6am - 3pm)

**About the role**

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Greeting & serving customers and collecting payment
- Making coffee and sandwiches
- Enter sales in the POS system (training will be provided)
- Cleaning and maintaining the coffee machine
- Keeping the bakery clean and tidy
- Observing all health and safety regulations
- Prepping ingredients for the sandwich bar
- Closing duties
- Other ad-hoc jobs within reason

**About you**

A pleasant, energetic and friendly individual who is passionate about customer service. Must have at least 1 year experience in a similar setting. Must be able to work under pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Barista: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Food handling: 1 year (required)
