**Transport Company Manager**

A leading, well known and reputed Australian Transport Company **Gill Roadways Pty Ltd **based in Sydney is currently looking for Transport Company Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- In charge of the day-to-day operations of the transport company.
- Efficiently managing a team of drivers and vehicles.
- Responsible for all the dispatching, routing, and tracking of delivery vehicles.
- Managing, monitoring and developing a team of drivers and line managers.
- Developing and nurturing customer relationships.
- Organizing vehicle checks.
- Identifying operational issues, potential problems and opportunities.
- Resolving and managing queries and complaints courteously and efficiently.
- Responsible for all H&S investigations.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the industry
- Excellent Organizational Skills.
- Exceptional Communication Skills
- Strong Leadership and Team Management skills
- Resilience and Adaptability

**Experience Required**: At least two years’ experience in a similar field.

**GOOD SALARY PACKAGE** (AUD 85,000 + Super)

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
