**About the role**

Lifecare is seeking a Receptionist to join our dedicated team and positively contribute to the exceptional care of our patients. This is a **Part Time **role working 25 hours per week to support our Allied Health team in **Croydon**.

You will be greeting clients as they enter the clinic, answering and addressing incoming telephone queries, scheduling patient appointments, processing payments, invoicing and balancing daily banking, you will maintain a clean and tidy waiting room, clinic rooms and kitchen, and replenishments, and complete other administrative tasks as required.

- Polished and professional presentation, punctual with a high level of self-motivation to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
- Must have availability to work on a rotating roster between 07:30am to 8:30pm Monday to Friday, and Saturdays 8am till 12pm.
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask.
- Intermediate experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- Committed to working within a team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills when liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- National Police Check and state applicable Working with Children Check
