Curabuild specialises in new home builds, major renovations/extensions, NDIS fit-outs, remedial insurance work, and light commercial projects.

**About the Role**

We are not just after a good chippy, we want someone who knows their craft, works hard, and is keen to learn the ropes of site leadership over the next 12 months. You will work closely with the owner and site supervisors on residential and commercial projects, taking on more responsibility as you grow in confidence.

What you will be doing:

- Lead onsite works while also being happy to jump in and lend a hand (yes, even on the tools) ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met
- Set out and complete carpentry tasks to a high standard
- Oversee day-to-day tasks, finalise jobs, and help kickstart new ones
- Read and interpret plans and drawings
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient worksite
- Utilise various software tools (e.g., WIX) for project documentation and communication

You will be given the support, tools, and training needed to step into a Leading Hand or Site Supervisor.

**About You**

You are a qualified carpenter who takes pride in your work and is ready to step up and take ownership. You are reliable, honest, and always ready to pitch in with a strong work ethic.
- Good understanding of building plans and construction processes
- Great communication and teamwork skills
- A current and valid driver's license
- White Card
- Ability to successfully pass a police check
- Bonus if you have a Cert IV in Building & Construction (Site Management)

Pay: $70,000.00 - $118,374.06 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
