**MULTI - STORE RETAIL TRAINING + TEAM LEADER**

Our fast growing cosmetics company is looking for a Full Time Retail Trainer & Team Leader based at our Head Office in Marrickville, Sydney.

The position is for our multi-store retail pop ups across Sydney Metro.

**Who would be suitable**:

- enjoys customer service
- fast learners with previous retail or hospitality experience
- previous experience as a team leader, 2IC or Manager
- previous retail experience (not a requirement, but advantageous)
- passionate about training & staff development
- excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- friendly, approachable with a can do attitude

**What we are looking for**:

- Someone who can train, motivate and lead retail staff to perform at their best
- Someone who can teach our companies systems and policies
- Someone who can have conversations with staff to increase performance and be the best version of themselves
- Someone who can motivate staff to meet and exceed targets
- Must be available full time and you will need to work 5 days per week.
- You must have a valid driver’s license and own car (all fuel, tolls and parking will be paid for by the company during work hours). You will also have the option to use our company work van.
- Must be able to read, speak and write English fluently.
- Must have full work rights in Australia with no restriction on full-time hours
- Someone with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to use technology such as iPads and laptop.

All training will be provided.

**Duties and responsibilities include**:

- Recruiting employees suitable to be a part of our retail team
- Training staff by understanding and comprehending our training guides & videos
- Spending 1 on 1 times with new staff and existing staff to improve their performance
- Visiting stores to ensure team is performing well, store is well presented and staff are reaching targets
- Visiting retail stores for a range of head office support tasks and assistance
- Assist in retail stores as required
- Reporting to Head Office with issues and staff matters
- Following automated systems, checklists, work flows and troubleshooting
- Assist Head Office staff and CEO with day to day duties as required

Our head office/ warehouse is based in Marrickville, but our pop up stores are located around Sydney Metro.

Staff also receive a 50% Staff Discount on all cosmetics.

Immediate start.

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
