**About Us**:
At playground, we're passionate about creating joyful, safe, and engaging environments for children and families. Building on our successful playground experience, we're excited to launch our exclusive pop-up store at Center Court of Liverpool Westfield Shopping Centre for a limited two-month event.

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused team members to join our pop-up store. As a Pop-Up Store Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience to our visitors. You'll be responsible for engaging with customers, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring our store remains a welcoming space for families and kids.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers, ensuring a warm and friendly experience
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised store environment
- Support daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and cash handling
- Collaborate with team members to promote and uphold the Kidscafe brand
- Adhere to all company policies and safety guidelines

**Qualifications**:

- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for creating positive experiences for children and families
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude
