**Responsibilities**:
Hi there **Bapple UX Agency** is looking for an experienced **UX Designer **that has strong **interview, facilitation** and **rapid wireframing skills **with an eye for detail in **UI design. 3 years** of professional client-facing UX/UI design experience is a must. Student projects will not be accepted.

**Full-time **— 5 days per week. Working on Sydney time 8:30am - 6pm, with a half-day on Fridays (morning). Ideally, you're located in the Sydney timezone with minor variance allowed. As a team, we mostly work remotely but occasionally require some in-person meetings and collaboration.

**Skills we are looking for — **You'll need to understand our client's business problems and their user pain points to create UX artefacts such as: Personas, Journey Maps, User Flows, Conversion Optimisation etc and translate them into IA sitemaps, wireframes, and test ready prototypes.
- An empathetic strategic thinker possessing strong written English and verbal communication/presentation skills.
- A problem solver that listens and asks a lot of whys.
- A collaborative team player, you share your ideas, insights and knowledge with the team.
- A graduate of an established UX institution such as Academy XI or General Assembly.
- Proficiency in Miro, Figma, Sketch, or other design and prototyping tools.
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to the team and our clients
- Interest in the research/human behaviour with a keen eye for design
- Past marketing, UX or design experience
- You love solving real-world problems

**What you will be doing**
- Stakeholder and user interviews
- Heuristic analysis, competitor research, research synthesis
- Producing UX artefacts: Personas, Epics, user journey maps, flows etc
- Creating wireframes and interactive prototypes
- Usability testing and synthesis
- Creating client presentations
- Design directions and mood boards
- Translating wireframes to beautiful, on-brand UI designs in mobile/desktop variants
- Working with project managers and designers to deliver exciting business-critical digital products and websites.
