We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Storemen to join our customer warehouse team. These are permanent full-time positions with 38 hours a week. Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, the roles are based in Broadmeadows.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Picking, packing, and unpacking of stock.
- Loading and unloading of trucks.
- Stock maintenance.
- Operating Forklifts (LF & LO) - LF ticket is essential.
- Assisting with various warehouse duties as needed.
- Collaborating with the warehouse team to ensure accuracy and high standards of service, while complying with our OH&S policies.

**About You**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- LF/LO licenses (LF ticket is essential).
- Preferable knowledge and experience in all areas of the warehouse, including picking/packing and receiving of goods.
- Understanding of Occupational Health & Safety processes, such as Manual Handling, to lift heavy items safely (the role involves a significant amount of walking and lifting, requiring a reasonable level of fitness).
- Proactive, self-motivated, and excellent time management skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Experience in the furniture industry is desirable but not essential.

**Salary**: $33.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Christmas bonus
- Overtime pay

- Driver Licence (preferred)
