**Days/Hours**
- Thursday & Saturday: 1600 - 2200
- Monday: 2200 - 0630
- Friday: 1400 - 2200

**About role**

An opportunity to make a real difference in the community.Southern Cross is seeking motivated, caring and committed people to provide support to an inspiring 21-year-old woman who is outgoing, has a tracheostomy and uses a ventilator at times; support is provided both within the family home as well as in the community.- Team members receive support to achieve the skills required to deliver individualised disability support services - a great opportunity to improve and enhance your skills or transition from a different industry. Full training is provided, including ‘Buddy’ shifts on commencement. Previous experience helpful but not required.- Ventilation and Tracheostomy Management
- Showering, toileting, grooming and dressing
- Preparing meals (no cooking involved)
- Use of mobility equipment including power wheelchair and shower chair
- Going on outings (in the community)
- Medication administration
- Participating in physical therapy
- You will be supported by qualified healthcare professionals and would get the necessary training and skills to do the best job you can.**What’s in for you?**
