We are seeking compassionate and dedicated **Disability Support Workers** to join our team. In this role, you will support individuals with disabilities across various needs—from community access and social engagement to high-support personal care. Your role will empower clients to achieve their goals, enhance their independence, and improve their quality of life.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide person-centred support tailored to individual client needs.
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Support clients in accessing the community, attending appointments, and participating in recreational and social activities.
- Implement individual support plans while ensuring dignity and respect.
- Administer medications (if trained and required).
- Use hoists, wheelchairs, and other mobility aids as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with organisational policies.
- Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and other support staff.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability)** or currently enrolled in a relevant course.
- Experience supporting individuals with disabilities (preferred but not essential).
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Working with Children Check (if required for the role).
- Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable transport (desirable).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Casual

Pay: $32.79 - $41.76 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 30 per week
