EXP Resources are looking for a Civil Supervisor for an exciting Tier 1 Rail Project South of the River.

We are looking for a skilled supervisor to manage earthworks and pavement, ensuring the work is done correctly, and the project stays on schedule. This is a permanent full-time position based in Perth.

Your focus will also include site level management, assessing hazards, determining risks, conducting regular inspections, and maintaining safety.

**Responsibilities**
- Daily Site Diaries
- Liaise effectively with the Project Management team to facilitate the timely provision of technical support and information necessary to meet the production schedule.
- Ensure all sub-contractors and employees execute their scope of work in alignment with the construction program, maintaining quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
- Conduct daily prestart meetings: Plan and lead daily prestart meetings prior to shift commencement, fostering strong communication channels among site personnel and ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Review, monitor, and ensure the completion of all required site permits, and ensure they remain valid and fit for purpose.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Minimum 3 years civil construction supervisory experience
- Demonstrated skills in HSE and Quality Control
- Strong management skills and the ability to build successful teams.
- Experience in earthworks and pavements.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask, work well under pressure and manage time efficiently.
- Valid Drivers Licence
- Construction White/ Blue Card

Pay: $150,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Civil Construction Supervisory: 3 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
