Our client: one of Australia's' premier retailers, is expanding their flexible chilled & frozen goods team and offering exceptional opportunities with incredible pay rates starting from $41+ per hour, along with enticing afternoon and weekend penalty rates

**About the Role**:
As a Voice Picker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate movement of stock within our distribution centre.

**This position is in a chilled -4 and or freezer -25 temperature**

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Picking and packing orders using state-of-the-art technology and equipment.
- Operating various machinery and equipment, such as tuggers to load, unload, and move stock and shrink-wrapping machinery.
- Conducting quality checks to maintain the highest standards of product integrity.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve daily KPI targets and ensure timely dispatch of goods.
- Adhering to strict safety protocols and promoting a safe working environment.

**Requirements**:
To succeed as a Voice Picker with us, you should meet the following criteria:

- Experience in a similar role within a warehouse or distribution centre environment is preferred.
- Be available for shifts across 6 days per week.
- Be able to lift, move and carry up to 25kgs.
- A valid forklift license is highly desirable, but not essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packing.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
- Commitment to following safety protocols and maintaining a clean work area.
