Our client, a leading Australian Distribution Centre in Truganina, is on the hunt for skilled Voice Pickers and Tugger Operators to join their dynamic team on an ongoing casual basis. If you're looking for great pay, career growth, and the potential to secure a permanent position, this is the opportunity you've been waiting for

Pay Rate: $35 per hour – Get paid well for your expertise

Shift Options:

  • Morning Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (5:00 AM start when required)
  • Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (12:00 AM finish when required)

Your Role:

  • Master the voice picking system while riding an electric ride-on tugger
  • Pick and stage items from their designated locations with precision
  • Shrink-wrap products and ensure everything stays in top shape
  • Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe for everyone

What You'll Need:

  • At least 6 months' experience as a voice picker
  • Proven skills operating an electric ride-on tugger (6+ months)
  • Physically fit to safely lift up to 20 kg
  • Reliability and flexibility to work 5-6 shifts per week, with opportunities for overtime
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive attitude
  • Full-time working rights (Australian citizenship or valid visa)
  • A valid driver's license and your own vehicle
