Our client, a leading Australian Distribution Centre in Truganina, is on the hunt for skilled Voice Pickers and Tugger Operators to join their dynamic team on an ongoing casual basis. Pay Rate: $35 per hour – Get paid well for your expertise

Shift Options:

  • Morning Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (5:00 AM start when required)
  • Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (12:00 AM finish when required)

Your Role:

  • Master the voice picking system while riding an electric ride-on tugger
  • Pick and stage items from their designated locations with precision
  • Shrink-wrap products and ensure everything stays in top shape
  • Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe for everyone

What You'll Need:

  • At least 6 months' experience as a voice picker
  • Proven skills operating an electric ride-on tugger (6+ months)
  • Physically fit to safely lift up to 20 kg
  • Reliability and flexibility to work 5-6 shifts per week, with opportunities for overtime
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive attitude
  • Full-time working rights (Australian citizenship or valid visa)
  • A valid driver's license and your own vehicle
